The Yunnan Triptych
Triptych from Yunnan consists of three dragon balls of tea (so-called longzhu) and one small 80ml porcelain gaiwan. All three of these come from Yunnan province but have different processing.
The white tea is called Yue guang bai - White Moonlight and is from old trees of the Dabaihao - Big White Hair variety.
The red tea is named after the Nanmei place and is from old trees, so it has the name – gushu hongcha.
Dark shu puer also comes from Nanmei and old trees and is called Gushu shucha.
