Ceremonial Matcha from Zhejiang – Fine 1600 Zhejiang Province This is a premium organic matcha originating from Zhejiang province — a region celebrated above all for its legendary Dragon Well green tea, and one with a long and distinguished tradition of green tea cultivation. What sets this matcha apart begins before the grinding even starts. Only the pure pulp of the leaf is used — the veins are carefully removed beforehand, leaving behind only the most tender and flavour-rich part of the leaf. The result is a matcha of exceptional fineness, with a rating of 1600 — the finer of the two grades — producing a silky, vibrant cup with a delicate, well-balanced flavour.
