Green misty threads
Even the name alone invites the imagination to wander — as if a morning mist gently drifts across a mountain slope and tender tea buds unfurl peacefully among the clouds, fine as silk threads, green as jade. This wonderful tea comes from the city of Fengqing, which is surrounded on all sides by mountains and beautiful tea plantations. Collected in early spring, when the first tender buds awaken after winter, it carries within it all the freshness and vitality of the season.
This tea has a delicate, evenly twisted shape, its surface a fresh, lustrous green with hints of silver down peeking through. The dry leaf carries a quiet, understated aroma with a soft note of citrus and fresh grass, delighting the senses even before the first brew.
